The Principal's Summer Excellence ChecklistI I vividly remember ending my second year as assistant principal and moving into my new role as principal. Thoughts flooded my mind as new initiatives, new ways of doing things, and aspirations for excellence permeated through my brain. After about two hours of getting virtually nothing done, I stopped what I was doing and started writing down topics on a big white board in an empty classroom.
"I want to make this a great place for staff and students." That thought continued to go through my mind as I wrote, but it gave me very little opportunity to put all these initiatives and ideas into an order that made sense. When I finally sat down and looked at the board, I noticed something was missing, ORDER. I created categories that supported my ultimate goal, and then moved ideas to the appropriate category. Little by little, my plan started to come together. As a result, some of my greatest ideas disappeared, while some of my ideas that were a little fuzzy turned into something fantastic. When I made a checklist, I was able to ensure that I turned my grandiose ideas into an intentional plan of action. The Principal's Summer Excellence Checklist Culture

Greetings! My name is Carl M. Frisch and I have prepared the following webpage as an introduction to my professional credentials. As a candidate for Principal in your district, I hope you find that I have a well balanced approach to education. I find tremendous strength and encouragement from student, parental and community projects that help bring education to life for our young people.
Please view to tabs at the top of this website to navigate through the different areas that present my reflections on education, leadership, and parental involvement . I have included a few photo albums of the current projects that I am responsible for in my current school. I hope you will catch a glimpse of my passion for education and working with students. We know that strong relationships in the workplace can do wonders for boosting moral, productivity and efficiency. A major avenue towards building positive relationships among staff members is to know and understand the various personalities that exist in the ranks. The same is true for leaders and administrators. Its helps to fully understand how we personally think, feel, act or react prior to engaging in positive relationships with others. Likewise, we must have the ability to accept and understand the ways that others think, feel and approach situations. Together, mutual, collaborative and productive relationships can be built in the workplace.
